Before making a purchase on our site, please note that all sales are final. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, there are no refunds or exchanges, except in cases where an error occurs on the seller’s behalf.

In the event of fraudulent charges, the customer may be subject to legal proceedings if the company incurs a loss of funds or products. In such cases, the customer will be contacted at the provided shipping address.

Please ensure you select the correct head size and wig options before completing your purchase. All sales are final after checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Raw Luxe Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit if mailing insurance is not purchased. Raw Luxe Hair Co. is solely responsible for processing and fulfilling your order.

Custom Colored & Ready to Wear Units

Photo ID upload is required for custom-colored and ready-to-wear wig units. Upload ID verification along with the credit card being used, ensuring only your first and last name and the last four digits of the card are visible.

Digital Products

You confirm that you are the customer and authorized cardholder for this transaction. By doing so, you acknowledge and authorize the purchase and waive all rights to a dispute, as the product is delivered electronically immediately upon purchase.

Chargebacks on digital goods or products are strictly prohibited under any circumstances. All purchases are subject to verification and investigation. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Raw Luxe Hair Co. to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, your account will be suspended, and legal action may be pursued to recover any losses incurred.
